CRP Moulvibazar centre established in 2011 is running its activities in a two-storied rented building which was previously provided rent-free by Eng. Sayed Abdul Goffar till 2019. In 2018, two brothers and UK residents, Afsarul Haque and Aktarul Haque donated fifty-three (53) decimals of land at Mokambazar near the Moulvibazar-Dhaka highway for building the permanent centre. The foundation program was held in September 2020 with the presence of the honorable District Commissioner, Mayor, Upazila Chairman, different government officials and other local persons. The centre offers only out-patient services including Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech & Language Therapy, Community Based Rehabilitation (CBR) Services as well as campaign based Prosthetics & Orthotics and assistive device services.
