CRP was delighted to welcome a delega+tion from the World Health Organization (WHO) South-East Asia Regional Office (SEARO) to CRP Head Office, Savar, on 16 August 2026.
The visit included a tour of CRP’s rehabilitation and academic facilities, and discussions on potential areas of future collaboration.
The WHO delegation included Dr. Tashi Tobgay, Regional Adviser, WHO-SEARO; Ms. Tashi Chozom, Consultant, WHO-SEARO; and Dr. Md. Tanbir Hossain, Officer, WHO Country Office.

Currently, both organisations are also working together on the development of the Regional Status Report on Rehabilitation, which aims to establish baseline indicators aligned with the Framework for Provisioning of Rehabilitation Services.
CRP looks forward to further strengthening its collaboration with WHO to advance rehabilitation services, accessibility, and inclusive health systems in Bangladesh and across the region.
